Samantha Olszewski is a recent graduate of Syracuse University and with a BFA in THEATRE DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY and a minor in Accounting.  Currently, she works as a scenic artist at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center in Midland, PA.  Sam has worked as the technical director for Jerry's Girls at Seton LaSalle Catholic High School,  scenic designer for Blackbox Player's Lonely Planet at SU Drama, and the set design for SU Drama's mainstage The Matchmaker.  In the summer of 2019, she was the set/props designer for Gretna Theatre's kids' series.  At SU Drama, she had assistant stage managed The House of the Spirits, assistant set designed The Baltimore WaltzNext Fall, and The Crucible, and assistant costume designed The Wild Party. She is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she attended high school at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School.  During her time at Lincoln Park, Sam worked on more than thirty

shows which included stage managing the Center’s annual production of The Nutcracker in 2016.  Favorite assistant stage manager credits include Ragtime, The Hunchback of Notre DameThe Outsiders, and The Wizard of Oz.  Her lighting design credits include Nobody Famous in the 2015 One Acts Festival. Sam also works as a part-time scenic artist at  Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center from 2016 to 2020.   Favorite scenic painter credits include The Little MermaidThe Spongebob Musical,  and Matilda.
